We are New Concept Restaurant in Surabaya.

Currently looking for qualified person to join our team as:

1. Operation Manager 
2. Pastry Chef 
3. Sous Chef 
4. HR Coordinator 
5. Restaurant Manager 
6. Bar Supervisor 
7. Purchasing Supervisor 

General Qualification:

• Male or Female with maximum 35 years old.
• Able to show strong leadership and problem solver.
• Self-motivated, passionate and able to work under pressure. 
• Current position as CDP as well as Asst.Pastry Chef encouraged to apply (2, 3)
• Creative and Have a good knowledge in Western and Asian cuisine ( 2, 3 ) 
• Proven track record in the similar position for a minimum 2 year’s experience.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written, other language is advantage.
• Good team player, high loyalty with guest service oriented.
• Computer literate (word and excel).
• Hands on trainer.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Base in Surabaya.
